To say that I was nervous about shooting Heidi would be an understatement. You see, she’s also a photographer, and an amazing one at that. And while we had met a couple times before, this time we were going to spend all day together, just the two of us, cameras in hand, in this amazing city.

We began the day at Blue Bottle Coffee (my absolute fav!!) in the Ferry Building & after just a few minutes, my nerves melted away and we became super comfortable with each other.

Gorgeous SF weather, a couple outfit and location changes, and a beautiful friend to photograph, the day was beyond perfect.

Clearly, taking a vacation day in the middle of the week was well worth it. Not only was it fun, I learned so much by photographing another photographer.

Heidi, I hope you can see how gorgeous you are through these photos. I had such a great time with you and can’t thank you enough for the awesome photos you took of me. I look forward to future photo adventures and coffee dates with you.
