While I may have just found this quote on Pinterest, I wholeheartedly believe in it. We all know that time flies by so quickly, and I want to make the most of every minute. So much so, that taking a day off in the middle of the week is necessary; especially when my cousin, who currently lives in Chicago, visits California with her two children.

Family comes first in my life. Work will always be there waiting… but I will never regret time spent with those I love the most. I’m so glad I made the time to meet my 11 month old niece, and watch my nephew play in the pool for the first time.

Life is good, friends. Take time to do the things that matter most.
