jack + mary kate // san francisco wedding photographer
I began my day with Jack and his groomsmen, while they got ready at Jack & Mary Kate’s apartment in the Marina. I have to admit that I was nervous… I was the only woman in an apartment full of men getting ready for a big day. Nevertheless, they made me feel like I was a part of their group and I had a blast hanging out with them.
Then, it was on to the ceremony at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church…
After the ceremony, we jumped into a party bus with the bridal party and made our way to Alta Plaza Park for some group shots before riding the San Francisco hills down to the reception at The Olympic Club, located a few blocks away from busy Union Square.
My favorite part of the day was watching the newlyweds dance the night away and sing along to a bunch of 80’s songs, most of which were Morrissey. I can’t lie, I was singing along to “Hairdresser on Fire” from behind the lens. So fun!!
Congratulations again to the newlyweds!! And thank you, Danielle, for having me join you in this fun Morrissey-filled San Francisco Christmas wedding!
