If you didn’t already know, one of my goals is to photograph more families, whatever family looks like to you. And as soon as I put that intention out into the world, my friends Ed and Anita contacted me to photograph their family at their North Hollywood home to celebrate their 15 year anniversary. And since my wife and I were already planning to visit family in Southern California, we scheduled this session right away. It was a privilege to catch up with these lovely souls and celebrate the life they’ve made together. And isn’t their pup the cutest?

Ed and Anita, thanks for your continued friendship! I’m already looking forward to the next time we catch up over some Magnolia Bakery cake.
